Signs shown on our site are individually made to order at our sign workshop in Bristol. We aim to despatch finished signs within 14-21 working days of approval of the graphical preview we send by email (if you have not received your sign within 21 days please contact us). In some instances for larger orders we may not be able to honour a 21 day lead time, where applicable effected customers will be contacted directly to discuss.
Note: We endeavour to provide sign previews / mock-ups within 24 hours of recieving your order (this will be forwarded to you via email, text od Whatsapp based on your option selected at checkout). Please provide a prompt approval (or request a revision) to ensure your order is not delayed.
Where indicated your finished sign may be sent by recorded or special delivery and will require a signature. An email will be sent after despatch to let you know the parcel is shipped.
