Large Hanging Sign

Material: Solid Oak, with routered text (CNC engraved)
Size: 500mm L x 220mm H x 25mm thick, text approx. 50m high.
Weight: Approx 2kg (+ 3kg for bracket, +11kg for 3" Post + 14kg for 4" Post).

Please refer to the pictures above to see the range of options available with these signs.  If required please utilise the 'Comments' fields to clarify any ambiguities on your preferred layout (e.g. icon on right etc).  Sign double sided as standard with top mounted eyelets.  Sign available with or without metal bracket (Note our brackets are made in house to suit your sign exactly, they are made from 4mm thick x 30mm wide steel and should not be mistaken for lesser quality commercially available brackets).  Post is an optional extra.

General Comments about Our Timber Products

Sign Preview / Approval

Upon receipt of your order we will email through a preview of your sign for approval (optional), at this stage design tweaks can be made free of charge.  Please respond to this approval as soon as possible to ensure prompt sign manufacture and delivery.

Our Timber

All our timber signs are manufactured from sustainable sources, classified as super prime they are the highest grade available containing the character of oak with very flaws.  Our timber is kiln dried and routinely checked for moisture content to ensure minimal risk of splitting and/or warping.  Please be aware oak posts may contain some splits (inherent with oak [rustic]) but this will not affect the overall strength/integrity

Sign Finish

Our sign are finished using 4 coats of Osmo UV-Protection Oil Extra, applied over consecutive days to ensure good adhesion and lasting protection.  Based on natural oils it produces a satin-matt finish that enhances the natural tone and character of the wood, it does not crack, flake, peel or blister. It is water and dirt resistant, moisture regulating and reduces wood swelling and shrinkage.
 
Delivery & Assembly

Our hanging signs are dispatched by courier (tracking details will be emailed) for your reference.
